All you need to do is go to either Battle.Net on PC or your console’s marketplace and find Diablo 4. This weekend is considered the open beta and is completely free to anyone that can download and run Diablo 4. However, this all changes on March 24, when the second weekend of the beta begins. A pre-order of Diablo 4 will cost money, regardless of what retailer players go through. To access this weekend, players needed to pre-order an edition of Diablo 4 or get a code some other way, such as going through KFC. To put it simply, the first weekend of the Diablo 4 beta, which began on Friday, March 17, is technically not free. To clear up all of this confusion, we will let players know how much it costs to get into the Diablo 4 bet or if it’s entirely free. For starters, there are two different beta weekends, with one being called closed and the other open. The nature of the entry to the beta has been confusing for some players.
